Plot: “The Battle of Pareo Rock” tells the story of Jimmy, an 11-year old European boy who goes to Africa with his mother, a busy executive charged with establishing a golf resort. However, on arriving they find themselves caught up in a war situation between rival indigenous tribes fighting over the land. To his surprise, Jimmy meets the talking giraffe, Seraf, at a busy market. Seraf tells Jimmy that he cannot easily avoid this tribal battle. But together with Charita, a poor African girl, Jimmy embarks on an adventurous and magical trip through the African jungle, where they must overcome many obstacles. Fortunately they have help, not only from Seraf, but also from a precious medallion. Throughout their trip, they discover that they can only achieve their goal if they truly believe in themselves and don't let anybody or anything get in their way.

After the credit that tells viewers to visit the “Stupid Teenagers Must Die!” web site, the next title says “Ask for Babs”…a reference to the “When In Hollywood, Visit Universal Studios…ask for Babs” ad at the end of “The Blues Brothers.”

Goofs: We know about 1 goofs. Here comes one of them:
Revealing mistakes: In some scenes, U2 are shown for a short period of time playing to an empty stadium. This is mainly due to the fact that U2 had agreed to be filmed playing a show to an empty stadium so they could get close-ups from on-stage.

Trivia: There are 1 entries in the trivia list – like these:

    • Previously, the lyrics in “Pride (In the Name of Love)” have set MLK's death as “Early morning, April 4.” In the movie Bono sings “Early evening, April 4″ correcting the historical error in the original recording.
